New windows version 1.82

Just uploaded the new version. Which comes with some major differents. I renamed a few controls to a more convient way.

Editor->RichTextBox, Browser->HtmlView, Tab->TabView, Web->WebView, Movie->MovieBox, Image->ImageBox, Svg->SvgBox, ChildControl->FormView

You have to manually change it by opening all form files and replace the control type with the new one. Sorry for that, but in the long run it useful.
If you have problems with renaming, just ask me for help.

The new control "ScrollBar" has been added.
