after I spent several hours, found out that the call of the Qt function
QSqlDatabase::removeDatabase("kbasic_internal");
for the internal handling (droping, creating database tables) leads to the crash.
After I comment out the function all works, without error message.
Very strange and don't make any sense to me right now.
Will upload a new windows version soon.
