New Windows version 1.89c fixes Qt library issues

Hi,

I just uploaded a new Windowsversion with Qt 4.5. The previous version had problems with Qt plugins, which caused problems with images for examples. (Qt silently changed the compilation of Qt plugins with manifest, which I wasn't aware).
