New Windows version 1.89e fixes compiler issues

There was a problem related to the communication between the compiler and the ide of kbasic resulting in crashes of the compiler on some machines. This has been fixed among other known bugs. Additionally, the textbox comes with six new events like onkeypressed and so on.

The requested feature of more control of the treeview header will implemented next. Please be patient.
