The new KBasic V1.74 comes with bug fixes and with the newest Qt4.4.
Added support for a MDI tabbar in the IDE, new control "Line" and some other functionality.
It is strongly recommend to upgrade to this version. Be sure to save all changed files in the kbasic directory, because they will be overwritten.
