Uploaded new V1.69c for Windows

This is a bug fix release, but there some new features requested by some users:

- there was a case sensitive bug in the compiler related to variables and procedure names
- the ide find/replace and file find and file replacement have been updated and completed

- Value and Text are now valid properties for many controls.

I will fix the open and reported bugs as soon as possible.
