Uploaded new Windows version

Comes with some new examples and few bug fixes.

About the database support of primary field "kbrecordid". It is still needed in the IDE when using IDE's table designer, but when you use non-kbasic database tools to create tables, you may use any other field as primary field. Changing it would need to much afford now (checked all relevant parts), therefore I postpone it for V2.x.

Furthermore, I would like to concentrate on the new V2.x, so comming V1.x updates will made for cirtical bugs only.
