libphonon.so.4

When executing version 1.74BETA in a terminal window (so I can see why it doesn't execute) on my Ubuntu Workstation, I receive this error message: ~/kbasic/kbide
/home/edward/kbasic/kbide: error while loading shared libraries: libphonon.so.4: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

I have searched high I low for this file, and can not find it in any packages, or for download anywhere.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Shortly after I posted this I found the answer. The file was installed in /usr/lib/kde4/lib/libphonon.so.4, I copied it to /usr/lib/libphonon.so.4 and all is well.
