Nokia is going to change the license of Qt to LGPL as well, which means that you do not need a commercial license for Qt in future. Nokia just informed me that the upcomming Qt 4.5 will be licensed under the terms of LGPL. Read the FAQ on http://www.kbasic.com for more information.

Update from March 2009:
Qt 4.5, licensed under the terms of the LGPL, has become true, which means you do not need a Qt license for closed source commercial development anymore in most circumstances.
